We are looking for warehouse managers. The missions are :
Administrative:
- Control and ensure the management of orders and deliveries,
- Control the reception of products according to quality standards,
- Make daily report to the Site Manager (RS) regarding current logistics status, orders / deliveries,
- Supervise the flows warehouses / kitchen, place the orders,
- Record incoming/ outgoing stocks,
- Record and inform the Purchasing Director (DA) about suppliers’ complaints,
- Guarantee costs follow-up in the frame of the objectives,
- Make inventories, analyse cost and stocks at the end of each month,
- Prepare and transmit to the RS the extra-programs at the end of each month,
- Make a monthly report at the end of each month.
Management:
- Assist the Head Chef with the orders,
- Manage and plan the work of the Storekeepers (EP),
- Evaluate and train the staff to quality / security standards.
Working conditions:
- Permanent contract only
