Description de la mission

Objective: Supervise the site management, optimize the commercial relations with the client

 

Overall Management:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.

Control, manage, monitor and maintain security and supplying activities.

Ensure the training of all staff, monitor the crew change planning, control local teams (accommodation and catering logistics).

Manage the activities linked to project or request support, when necessary, from responsible departments.

Ensure the resources are available for the respect of QHSE rules.

Manage and motivate of all staff in every QHSE projects on going.

Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in all operational and administrative records and reports.

Maintain stock levels ordering new supplies when needed.

Be initiative, supportive, proactive and preventive

Financial Management:

Achieve annual objectives in terms of quantity and quality, as determined on his project.

Optimize resources in order to assure his project development.

Check the operation conformity (quality, budget and tax respect), accurate reports to the Finance Department.

Analize results (volume, margin, market share evolution, turnover, etc.)

Deploy in his project the Group Internal Control rules, applicable within the affiliates.

Development:

Assure the continuity and development with the current clients.

Perform as a privileged interlocutor of the client: organize and assist in meetings with the client (commission of menus, entertainment, organization of structures, collect consumer’s opinion, information related to the camp activities…). 

Profil

Education 

  • Advanced Professional Certificate in management and / or Catering
  • Administration and Management 2-year degree or equivalent professional experience, 
  • English fluent (level 1), 
  • Good computer skills. 


Experience 

  • 3-year professional experience in a highly managerial position, including Catering sphere
  • Experience in a challenging and rough environment, 


Personal Skills 

  • Management minded, rigorous and persistent, even under pressure, 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientated, 
  • Pragmatism, ability to analyze.
