WELHY-CIS offers innovative and tailored services and solutions to its clients throughout the country. These include catering, hospitality, facility management, and utility management services.

Objective: Oversee the management and supervision of subcontractor operations and maintenance activities at the water and sewage treatment plants.

  • Supervise and monitor the subcontractor company in charge of the operation and maintenance of the water and sewage treatment plants in Simfer (Rio tinto) project.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant operations, equipment, and processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Advise and guide the subcontractor on water treatment and sewage process improvements to ensure high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with the subcontractor to address operational challenges and ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Monitor and ensure the safe handling, treatment, and disposal of waste products.
  • Verify and optimize chemical dosage and other operational parameters for efficient water and sewage treatment.
  • Oversee the subcontractor's maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained.
  • Review and approve maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance practices are in place and adhered to.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all plants.
  • Ensure that risk assessments and safety protocols are regularly updated and implemented.
  • Monitor compliance with water quality standards and other relevant regulations.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks with the subcontractor for operational and maintenance activities.
  • Review, analysis, and report on plant performance metrics, water quality data, and operational trends.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the client on plant operations, maintenance progress, and any issues requiring attention. Report must be reviewed and approved by Welhy CIS maintenance manager prior to being submitted to the client.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the subcontractor, with liaison with Welhy CIS maintenance manager.
  • Facilitate regular meetings between the client and subcontractor to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
  • Provide expert advice to the client on technical aspects of water and sewage treatment and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Welhy CIS maintenance manager all activities and decision prior to be discussed with client.

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Water Resource Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in water and sewage treatment operations are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in water and sewage treatment plant operations, maintenance, or management.
  • Proven experience supervising subcontractors or third-party service providers.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong knowledge of water and sewage treatment processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing technical data and generating actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in the use of plant management software and reporting tools.
