Description de la mission
Represent and manage the QHSE on site.
- Represent and manage the QHSE on site.
- Participate in promoting and ensuring the transposition and application of all the Group’s policies and strategic provisions.
- Promote a QHSE culture among all employees of the operation site.
- Advise the Country QHSE Manager and participate in all the QHSE programmes and projects.
- Prepare and submit weekly QHSE reports to the Country QHSE Manager, in line with the country’s QHSE annual plan requirements.
- Collect and ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data collected on-site, including key performance indicators.
- Ensure a risk management approach in all processes at all levels by application of risk awareness, assessment and operational practices such as job safety analyses and toolbox talks.
- Ensure effective improvement action plans and their respective monitoring with the concerned process owners to close any pending non-conformities or observations.
- Keep the integrity of the management system certifications in line with the Group’s certification programme and the country’s Organisation business strategy.
- Report to the Country QHSE Manager any shortfalls concerning local statutory and regulatory QHSE requirements.
- Coordinate the customer satisfaction programme on site.
- Handle customer complaints with the outmost care and promptness.
- Maintain effective and formal communication and coordination between the client, CIS and other project contractors.
- Report on customer QHSE management plans and programmes.
- Ensure that emergency preparedness, business continuity and response plans are planned and implemented on site.
- Manage programmes, including periodic inspections, internal and external audits, internal and external food test plans.
- Recruit and coordinate the investigation team to establish the root cause of any incident and ensure that remedial actions have been agreed upon and carried out.
- Attend safety meetings within all departments and with the customer whenever possible.
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and that it matches the process.
- Report to Country QHSE Manager incident alerts and reports. Share incident alerts and reports from
other sites. - Carry out reviews of current work practices on site.
- Report to the Country QHSE Manager the performance of the QHSE team members and provide any support when required.
- Implement and coordinate nutrition and wellness activities.
- Promote and drive sustainable development initiatives in coordination with local authorities, communities and management.
- Report to the Country QHSE Manager the QHSE performance of subcontractors and suppliers on site.
- Conduct QHSE inductions.
Profil
- 5-year quality, HSE and/or Food Safety certificate.
- Quality, HSE and/or Food Safety certificate.
- Proficiency of English.
- Computer skills of Microsoft Office applications.
