Description de la mission

As one of our Executive chef, your main responsibilities will be : 

 

  • Be the privileged interlocutor of the clients in the absence of Restaurant Manager.
  • Oversee the development of menus.
  • Respect the budget established with the customer and follow up the daily costs.
  • Supervise staff regarding the maintenance and cleanliness required.
  • Ensure compliance of the registration of orders, quality product and storage conditions.
  • Implement the process and documents HACCP and QHSE.
  • Participate with the Restaurant Manager in developing staff schedules.

 

  • Remote site 
  • Rotation system, 8 weeks ON and 3 weeks OFF 

 

 

Profil

 

  • 10 years experience on remote site
  • Native English speakers with expertise in western / continental cuisine
  • French Language is a plus 
  • Able to manage a team 
  • Rigorous, imaginative and tenacious.
  • Good interpersonal skills, training spirit.
  • Pedagogue, strong adaptability, reactive.

3500 € EUROS NET PAID - ON AND OFF
