Description de la mission
As one of our Executive chef, your main responsibilities will be :
- Be the privileged interlocutor of the clients in the absence of Restaurant Manager.
- Oversee the development of menus.
- Respect the budget established with the customer and follow up the daily costs.
- Supervise staff regarding the maintenance and cleanliness required.
- Ensure compliance of the registration of orders, quality product and storage conditions.
- Implement the process and documents HACCP and QHSE.
- Participate with the Restaurant Manager in developing staff schedules.
- Remote site
- Rotation system, 8 weeks ON and 3 weeks OFF
Profil
- 10 years experience on remote site
- Native English speakers with expertise in western / continental cuisine
- French Language is a plus
- Able to manage a team
- Rigorous, imaginative and tenacious.
- Good interpersonal skills, training spirit.
- Pedagogue, strong adaptability, reactive.
Fourchette de salaire
3500 € EUROS NET PAID - ON AND OFF
