Position based in Macaé (RJ)

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all remote site catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, food safety, and operational efficiency in line with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and performance standards across offshore and remote environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams, including contract managers, nutritionists, executive chefs, and housekeeping supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee planning, personnel logistics, and administrative operations to ensure optimal resource allocation, cost control, and seamless execution across all sites.
  • Develop and standardize operating procedures for kitchen, cleaning, and laundry teams to enhance productivity, ensure consistency, and meet service-level agreements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications, including ANVISA, NR-37, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
  • Manage operational budgets, analyze logistics costs, and monitor KPIs to drive profitability and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Champion a client-centric approach by ensuring contract excellence, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the oil, gas, mining, and energy sectors.
  • Oversee training and capacity-building programs to ensure offshore and onshore teams are aligned with company values and operational standards.

Profil

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record in executive leadership roles within remote site or offshore catering, industrial hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Deep understanding of operational logistics in remote environments, with strong focus on compliance, food safety, and service quality.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is highly advantageous due to international operations and collaboration with headquarters.
  • Availability for regular offshore site supervision.
