CAC, Kazakh affiliate of the CIS Group, recruits for one of its biggest projects in Kazakhstan, a Project Manager.
Rotational position
Supervise the site management, optimize the commercial relations with the client.
Management:
- Recruit & manage CIS staff.
- Oversee the operation management according to the scope of works defined by the contract, and address the operational issues rapidly.
- Take decisions concerning the replacement of the Camp Boss by the Catering Manager in case of absence.
- Coordinate the different services covered by CIS team.
- Ensure the resources are available for the respect of QHSE rules.
- Being proactive and motivator of all staff in every QHSE projects on going.
Financial management:
- Supervise orders, inventories, stock control.
- Keep within the limits of the budget, to maintain and control a tight PRJ
- Provide the Country Manager with a summary of monthly activities.
- Establish quotations for non-contractual operations.
- Establish, control and finalize the invoicing with the client.
- Perform as a guarantor of the contract, the company policy and financial results.
Relationship:
Perform as a privileged interlocutor of the client to keep the good contact and relations: organize and assist in meetings with the client (commission of menus, entertainment, organisation of structures, collect consumer’s opinion, information related to the camp activities, etc.).
