We are looking for purchasing and logistics managers. The main missions are :
Administrative:
- Control and ensure the management of orders and deliveries
- Control reception of products according to quality standards
- Make daily report to the COO regarding current logistics status, orders / deliveries
- Supervise the flow in warehouses / kitchen, place the orders
- Record incoming/ outgoing stocks in FTBE
- Guarantee costs follow-up in the frame of the objectives
- Make physical inventories, analyse costs and stocks at the end of each month
- Prepare and transmit to the Site Manager the extra-programs on a daily basis
- Make a monthly report at the end of each month
- Non-moving products as well as shortages must be identified and reported to Management
- Ensure the accounting reconciliation of all purchase orders issued with the CFO
Management:
- Assist the COO, Catering & Housekeeping Manager with the orders
- Manage and plan the work of the Supply chain team in CKY
- Plan the opening hours of the stores adequately with kitchen’s production needs
- Must demonstrate leadership to lead the Supply chain Team
- Manage the relationship with the partner WELHY
- Manage relationships with our local and international suppliers
H.S.E:
- Evaluate and train the staff to Quality, Hygiene, Security, Environment and quality standards
- Adopt the FIFO (First In, First Out) standards of storage and supplies
- Ensure the life span of all the stored products and keep the Project Manager and Catering
- Housekeeping Manager updated about the expiry dates
Working conditions:
- Permanent contract only
- Accommodation on camp
- Rotation system
